Professional Boxing Classes

Want to learn how to box? Look no further. Get started with our FREE introductory class to find out if you’re up to the challenge. If you’re already into boxing and looking to take your skills to the next level, we can take you there. We'll teach you the real deal by focusing on the proper form and techniques.

In addition to being one of the greatest workouts, boxing is fun, interesting, and challenging. Boxing is also one power-packed sport that comes with many advantages. For your FREE introductory class with an individual boxing coach, call us now.

Youth Classes 

Our youth classes are a great way for elementary through high school boys and girls to build confidence, improve self-esteem and learn the art of boxing all in a non-threating environment. In addition to teaching basic technique and fundamentals of boxing, our youth coaches focus on the importance of self-control, discipline and always doing your personal best. 

Sparring Team

Once you are ready to take your skill to the next level, come and join Encinitas Boxing’s Team. Every Monday and Wednesday you can get in the ring and test your skills. These sparring sessions are supervised by a coach and you will continue to learn in a controlled environment. When given the green light, you will have the chance to compete in the Boxing Shows at our facility and others in the area. These sparring matches are sanctioned with USA Boxing and trophies are awarded.
